It is important to remember that we must begin by preparing our energetic field in the same way one prepares a garden: loosening the soil and and ensure it has all the nutrients necessary before we plant seeds, water, feed, nurture...and finally produce bountiful new life.
In Module One we begin preparing our body, mind, and energetic "default flow" to shift from association with separation consciousness to connection in/with a unifying field. We are guided to methodically, step by step, open and adjust ourselves to new, more expansive alignment.
The first series of lessons lay the groundwork and allow participants to settle in and get acquainted with the feel of the field in which Mary works. This field becomes more collaborative as the lessons continue, which participants may begin to notice after the channeled teachings begin in Lesson Three. Mystic wisdom is cultivated and realized through direct, visceral experience, so it's important to circumvent mental interference. Leaning into the feel of the field helps gradually train the mind to relax and ease out of the way.
In Module Two we begin to open up much wider to tune in and explore our increasing capacity to connect with deeper wisdom within ourselves and the the collective field.
In Module Three we advance into deeply compassionate caretaking of ourselves and all that is releasing, transforming, and arriving into our awareness. This is an important stretch of integration time, so as much as possible just relax and lean into the sense of allowance these teachings offer.
In Module Four we enter now into relationship with and as Divine teachers -- embodying, experiencing, and living the Divine New Being.
These are the most "involved" teachings and rely on an energetic field that has been carefully prepared. That preparation serves as vibrational invitation that readily pulls one into ever deeper states of realization. Each teaching takes time to process, and the shifts that are brought about need time to settle, so be in no hurry. Take many days after each teaching to let things unfold naturally, and during that time just stay centered in your visceral awareness to minimize mental interference.
